The director may adopt regulations as necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
Notes
Allows the Director to adopt regulations when the Director determines they are necessary to administer and enforce the chapter. The authority extends to regulations serving either administrative or enforcement needs and is limited by the statute to measures necessary for carrying out those chapter functions.
