No person shall engage in the business of a proprietary private security officer unless registered with the department pursuant to this chapter.
Notes
Prohibits any person from engaging in the business of a proprietary private security officer unless that person is registered with the department under the chapter. Registration pursuant to the chapter is therefore a required condition for conducting that proprietary private security officer business.
