(a) The chief shall issue a license, the form and content of which shall be determined by the chief in accordance with Section 164. In addition, the chief shall issue a “Certificate of Licensure” to any licensee, upon request and upon the payment of the fee prescribed in this chapter.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2018.

Requires the chief to issue a license in the form and content the chief determines under the referenced provision. Requires the chief also to issue a Certificate of Licensure to a licensee upon request and payment of the prescribed fee, and makes these requirements operative July 1, 2018.
