Every licensee, qualified manager, or a registered uniformed security guard, who in the course of his or her employment carries tear gas or any other nonlethal chemical agent, shall complete the required course pursuant to Section 22835 of the Penal Code.

Requires every licensee, qualified manager, or registered uniformed security guard who carries tear gas or another nonlethal chemical agent during employment to complete the course required by the referenced Penal Code provision. The training duty applies when those specified regulated persons carry such chemical agents in the course of their employment.
