California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 11.5 — Private Security Services, Article 5 — Firearms and Baton Training Facilities, Section 7585.4
Upon approval by the bureau of a firearms training facility, the chief shall issue to the facility a “Firearms Training Facility Certificate.” The certificate is valid only when the firearms training facility has in its employ a firearms training instructor who has been certified by the bureau. The certificate shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the facility.
