Notwithstanding any other law, commencing January 1, 2030, a licensee shall not conduct business under this chapter as a limited liability company.

Prohibits a licensee, beginning January 1, 2030, from conducting business under the chapter as a limited liability company. The restriction applies to licensees operating under this chapter and makes that date the start of the statutory bar on using the limited liability company form for the licensed business.
