Except as otherwise required to comply with the provisions of this chapter, the proceedings under this article shall be conducted in accordance with Section 7591.19.

Notes

Requires proceedings under the article to be conducted in accordance with the referenced procedural section, except where compliance with another provision of the chapter requires otherwise. The referenced procedure therefore governs article proceedings subject to any different procedural requirement necessary to comply with the chapter.
