The record of conviction, or a certified copy thereof, shall be conclusive evidence of conviction as that term is used in Section 7591.10.

Notes

Establishes that the record of a conviction, or a certified copy of that record, conclusively proves the conviction for purposes of the term “conviction” used in the referenced provision. The rule gives that record conclusive evidentiary effect when determining whether a conviction exists under that provision.
