An alarm company operator whose license has been canceled pursuant to this article, may obtain a new license only upon compliance with all of the provisions of this chapter relating to the issuance of an initial license.

Notes

Requires an alarm company operator whose license was canceled under the article to satisfy every chapter requirement governing issuance of an initial license before obtaining a new license. The provision offers no restoration shortcut or separate reinstatement path for the canceled license.
