California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 11.6 — Alarm Companies, Article 6 — Firearms Permits and Permits for Other Deadly and Nonlethal Weapons, Section 7596.5
(a) The firearms qualification card shall be mailed to the applicant at the address that appears on the application.
(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2018.
