California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 11 — Repossessors, Article 4 — Licenses, Section 7503.12
A suspended repossession agency license is subject to expiration and shall be renewed as provided in this article, but renewal of the license does not entitle the licensee, while the license remains suspended and until it is reinstated, to engage in the licensed activity, or in any other activity or conduct in violation of the order or judgment by which the license was suspended.
Notes
Allows a suspended repossession-agency license to expire and be renewed under the article, but renewal does not authorize licensed activity while the suspension remains in force. Until reinstatement, the licensee also may not engage in any other activity or conduct that violates the suspension order or judgment.
