No license may be issued to any applicant pending final disposition of any disciplinary action by the director previously filed against the person or applicant or against any partner or officer.
Notes
Prohibits issuance of a license while a previously filed disciplinary action by the director remains pending against the applicant or against any partner or officer. The bar lasts until final disposition of that disciplinary action, making resolution of the existing matter a prerequisite to issuance.
