Each member of each technical advisory committee shall be granted the same immunity as is granted to a public employee pursuant to Article 3 (commencing with Section 820) of Chapter 1 of Part 2 of Division 3.6 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
Notes
Extends to every member of a technical advisory committee the same immunity granted to a public employee under the specified Government Code provisions. The provision grants committee members that existing public-employee immunity by reference to Article 3 beginning with Section 820.
