The board, pursuant to the provisions contained in Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, may adopt, amend, or repeal rules and regulations to carry out this chapter.

Notes

Allows the board to adopt, amend, or repeal rules and regulations needed to carry out the chapter. Requires the board to exercise that rulemaking authority pursuant to the specified provisions of Chapter 3.5 of the Government Code governing the referenced administrative procedure.
