In the enforcement of this act and the laws subject to its jurisdiction, the bureau has all the powers and is subject to all the responsibilities vested in and imposed upon the head of a department under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11150) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
Notes
Establishes that, when enforcing this act and laws within its jurisdiction, the bureau has all powers and bears all responsibilities vested in or imposed on a department head by the specified Government Code chapter. Those powers and responsibilities apply to the bureau in carrying out that enforcement.
