For violation of any of the provisions of Section 7637.9, the bureau may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the license of the cemetery licensee in accordance with the provisions of this act relating to disciplinary proceedings.
Notes
Allows the bureau to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke a cemetery licensee’s license for violating the required advertising-status disclosure. Any suspension or revocation for that violation must proceed in accordance with the act’s disciplinary-proceeding provisions, so the bureau’s stated sanctions are temporary suspension or permanent revocation through that process.
