Allows a corporation, partnership, or natural person to operate, establish, or maintain a hydrolysis facility when the operator holds a valid hydrolysis facility license issued by the bureau. The authorization is conditioned on possession of that valid bureau-issued facility license and applies to each of the three identified forms of operator.
