A person shall not open or maintain a place or establishment at which to engage in or conduct, or hold himself, herself, or itself out as engaging in or conducting, the activities of a funeral director without a license.
Notes
Prohibits any person from opening or maintaining a place or establishment for engaging in or conducting funeral-director activities, or from holding themselves or the establishment out as doing so, without a license. The licensing requirement applies to both actual operation and representation that the covered activities are being conducted.
