The cemetery licenses of both broker and salesperson shall be prominently displayed in the office of the broker.
The cemetery salesperson’s license shall remain in the possession of the licensed cemetery broker employer until canceled or until the salesperson leaves the employ of the broker.

Requires both the cemetery broker’s and cemetery salesperson’s licenses to be prominently displayed in the broker’s office. Requires the salesperson’s license to remain in the possession of the licensed cemetery-broker employer until the license is canceled or the salesperson leaves that broker’s employment, whichever occurs first.
