A crematory established, operated, or maintained, may be operated by a corporation, partnership, or natural person, provided that a valid crematory license shall have been issued by the bureau.

Notes

Allows a crematory to be operated by a corporation, partnership, or natural person, provided the bureau has issued a valid crematory license. The authorization applies to establishing, operating, or maintaining the crematory and makes possession of the valid bureau-issued crematory license the express condition for lawful operation by any listed operator type.
