The provisions of Article 5 (commencing with Section 8341) of Chapter 2 of Part 3 of Division 8 of the Health and Safety Code shall apply to crematories licensed under this chapter.

Notes

Requires the referenced Health and Safety Code article to apply to crematories licensed under this chapter. Extends that article’s application to every crematory holding a license under the chapter, making those licensed crematories subject to the referenced article by operation of this provision.
