Notes

Allows a corporation, partnership, or natural person to operate, establish, or maintain a reduction facility only while holding a valid reduction facility license issued by the bureau. The authorization applies to each listed form of operator and makes a valid bureau-issued facility license the express condition for lawful reduction-facility operation.
