California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 12 — Cemetery and Funeral Act, Article 7 — Penal Provisions, Section 7715
Any person, partnership, association, corporation, or other form of organization, or any agent or representative thereof, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Notes
Prohibits any person, partnership, association, corporation, other organization, or its agent or representative from violating any provision of the chapter by making every such violation a misdemeanor. The misdemeanor classification applies whenever any of those covered persons or entities violates a provision of this chapter.
