Any person, partnership, association, corporation, or other form of organization, or any agent or representative thereof, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Notes
Prohibits any person, partnership, association, corporation, other organization, or its agent or representative from violating any provision of the chapter by making every such violation a misdemeanor. The misdemeanor classification applies whenever any of those covered persons or entities violates a provision of this chapter.
