The fee for filing a report of a change of designated manager or a request for approval to share a designated cemetery manager shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50).

Notes

Limits the fee for filing a report changing the designated manager, or requesting approval to share a designated cemetery manager, to no more than $50. Applies the same maximum to either type of filing, allowing the charged amount to be lower but barring a fee above the stated cap.
