California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 12 — Cemetery and Funeral Act, Article 9 — Preneed Funeral Arrangements, Section 7737.2
(a) The bureau shall create, and post on its internet website, the forms required by Section 7737.1 by January 1, 2023.
(b) The bureau shall adopt and post on its internet website, by January 1, 2023, regulations regarding the type of proof of notice the funeral establishment ceasing operations and the licensed successor funeral establishment are required to provide or retain for purposes of paragraph (4) of subdivision (a) of Section 7737.1.

Requires the bureau by January 1, 2023, to create and post online the forms required by Section 7737.1. Also requires it by that date to adopt and post online regulations governing the proof of notice that a closing funeral establishment and licensed successor must provide or retain under the specified subdivision.
