Nothing in this article shall apply to any arrangement, contract, or plan for the issuance of securities now or hereafter authorized under a permit of the Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation of this state.

Exempts from the article any arrangement, contract, or plan for issuing securities that is now or later authorized under a permit of the Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation of this state. Applies the exemption to those permitted arrangements, contracts, or plans for the issuance of securities.
