A violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor.
Any person who directly or indirectly assists in or abets the violation of, or conspires to aid or abet in the violation of, any provision of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Notes
Establishes violation of any chapter provision as a misdemeanor and also makes directly or indirectly assisting, abetting, or conspiring to aid or abet any chapter violation a misdemeanor. The criminal rule therefore reaches both the person committing the underlying violation and persons who participate through the specified forms of assistance or conspiracy.
