Upon failure of a licensee or registered company to maintain in full force and effect any bond required by this article the registrar shall issue an order suspending or revoking the license or company registration, which shall not be reinstated until a new bond is filed.
Notes
Requires the registrar to suspend or revoke a license or company registration when the licensee or registered company fails to keep a required bond continuously in force. The affected credential may not be reinstated until a new bond is filed, making replacement of the required bond an express condition of reinstatement.
