The registrar, and any member of the board, may administer oaths for the purpose of administering this chapter.

Notes

Allows the registrar and every member of the board to administer oaths when doing so serves the administration of the chapter. The authority is limited to that statutory purpose and is given directly to both the registrar and individual board members rather than only to the board acting collectively.
