It is unlawful for any person to advertise or represent in any manner that any pest control work, in whole or in part, has been done upon any structure, unless the work has been performed by a registered company, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
Notes
Prohibits any person from advertising or representing that pest control work has been performed on a structure unless the work was performed by a registered company. The restriction covers representations that all or only part of the work was done and is subject to any contrary provision elsewhere in the chapter.
