The suspension or revocation of a license or a company registration as in this chapter provided may also be ordered in any action otherwise proper in any court involving the licensee’s or a company’s performance of a legal obligation as a licensee or registrant under this chapter.

Allows a court, in an otherwise proper action involving a licensee’s or registered company’s performance of a legal obligation under the chapter, to order suspension or revocation of the license or company registration. The provision adds judicial suspension or revocation authority within qualifying actions without limiting the separate disciplinary mechanisms provided elsewhere in the chapter.
