California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 14 — Structural Pest Control Operators, Article 7 — Disciplinary Proceedings, Section 8641

Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or any rule or regulation adopted by the board, or the furnishing of a report of inspection without the making of a bona fide inspection of the premises for wood-destroying pests or organisms, or furnishing a notice of work completed prior to the completion of the work specified in the contract, is a ground for disciplinary action.

Notes

Establishes as disciplinary grounds failure to comply with the chapter or board rules, issuing a wood-destroying-pest inspection report without a genuine premises inspection, or issuing a notice of work completed before the contract work is actually completed. The provision treats each listed form of noncompliance as a disciplinary basis.
