A registered company shall not engage in the practices for which it is required to be registered by this chapter unless it maintains an insurance policy as specified in this article.

Notes

Prohibits a registered company from engaging in the structural pest control practices for which chapter registration is required unless the company maintains the insurance policy specified in the article. The rule makes continuous maintenance of that required insurance a condition of engaging in the registered practices.
