California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 15 — Land Surveyors, Article 5.5 — Photogrammetry, Section 8775.3
Photogrammetric surveyor licenses shall be renewable upon payment of the fee fixed by the board for which a renewal certificate shall be issued. Photogrammetric surveyor license fees shall be the same as those prescribed for land surveyor’s licensing; and the provisions of this chapter relating to revenue, and with respect to disciplinary proceedings, shall similarly apply.

Allows renewal of a photogrammetric surveyor license upon payment of the board-fixed fee and requires issuance of a renewal certificate. Sets photogrammetric surveyor license fees equal to land-surveyor licensing fees and applies the chapter’s revenue and disciplinary-proceeding provisions to photogrammetric surveyor licenses in the same manner.
