When coordinates in the California Coordinate System are shown for points on a record of survey map the map may not be recorded unless it also shows, or is accompanied by a map showing, the control scheme through which the coordinates were determined from points of known coordinates.
Notes
Prohibits recording a record-of-survey map that shows California Coordinate System coordinates for points unless the map also shows, or is accompanied by another map showing, the control scheme used to determine those coordinates from points whose coordinates were already known. The control scheme must therefore accompany or appear on the record being recorded.
