The renewal or reinstatement of any certificate of registration of a civil engineer under Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 6700) of Division 3, who is also a licensed land surveyor, shall not include the renewal or restoration of his land surveyor’s license, without the payment of the surveyor’s renewal fee or penalty.
Notes
Requires a civil engineer who is also a licensed land surveyor to pay the surveyor renewal fee or penalty before renewal or reinstatement of the engineer registration can also renew or restore the land surveyor license. Renewing or reinstating the civil engineer registration alone therefore does not restore the separate surveyor license.
