The director may enforce the penalties for failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter.

Notes

Allows the director to enforce penalties provided for failure to comply with the outdoor-advertising chapter. The provision gives the director authority to pursue the chapter’s prescribed consequences when covered persons or advertising displays violate statutory requirements or otherwise fail to comply with the chapter.
