Identification number plates shall be furnished by the director. Identification number plates shall bear the identification number of the advertising display to which they are assigned.

Requires the director to furnish identification-number plates for advertising displays and requires each plate to bear the identification number assigned to the display to which the plate belongs. The plate therefore links the physical advertising display to its assigned permit identification number.
