Nothing in the provisions of this chapter shall prohibit the bringing of a civil action against an automotive repair dealer by an individual.
Notes
Allows an individual to bring a civil action against an automotive repair dealer notwithstanding the chapter’s other provisions. The chapter does not prohibit such an individual civil suit, so the statutory regulatory scheme leaves intact the ability of an individual to pursue a civil action against the dealer.
