All fees and revenues collected pursuant to this chapter and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 44000) of Part 5 of Division 26 of the Health and Safety Code shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Vehicle Inspection and Repair Fund, which is hereby created.
Notes
Establishes the Vehicle Inspection and Repair Fund in the State Treasury and requires all fees and revenues collected under this chapter and the referenced Health and Safety Code chapter to be paid into that fund. The provision directs those identified collections to the fund as credits of the State Treasury.
