It is unlawful to violate any regulation adopted by the director pursuant to Articles 5, 6, and 7 of this chapter.

Notes

Prohibits violation of any regulation the director adopts pursuant to Articles 5, 6, and 7 of the chapter. The prohibition applies to regulations adopted under those three specified articles and makes noncompliance with such director-adopted regulations unlawful under the chapter.
