A service contract administrator who is an obligor on a service contract and is registered as a service contract administrator may perform all the functions permitted by a seller and shall not be required to register separately as a seller.
Notes
Allows a registered service contract administrator that is itself an obligor on a service contract to perform every function permitted to a seller without separately registering as a seller. The exemption from duplicate registration depends on the administrator already being registered as a service contract administrator and being an obligor on the contract.
