The board shall elect from its members a president, a vice president, and a secretary to hold office for one year, or until their successors are duly elected and qualified.

Notes

Requires the board to elect a president, vice president, and secretary from among its members. Each officer serves for one year or, if a successor has not yet been duly elected and qualified at that point, continues in office until the successor is elected and qualified.
