The board shall meet at least once each calendar quarter for the purpose of transacting such business as may lawfully come before it.

The board may hold meetings at such other times and at such places as it may designate.

Notes

Requires the board to meet at least once during each calendar quarter to transact business that may lawfully come before it. The board may also hold additional meetings at other times and at places it designates, so the quarterly meeting requirement is a minimum rather than the only time the board may convene.
