The fact that the holder of a license has aided or abetted in the practice of architecture any person not authorized to practice architecture under the provisions of this chapter, constitutes a ground for disciplinary action.

Notes

Sets aiding or abetting a person who is not authorized under the chapter to practice architecture as a ground for disciplinary action against the license holder. The disciplinary ground applies when the license holder assists another person in practicing architecture without authorization under the provisions of the chapter.
