The fact that, in the practice of architecture, the holder of a license has been guilty of negligence or willful misconduct constitutes a ground for disciplinary action.

Sets negligence or willful misconduct by a license holder in the practice of architecture as a ground for disciplinary action. The disciplinary ground is limited by the text to negligence or willful misconduct occurring in architectural practice and applies to the holder of a license issued under the chapter.
