Every licensee of the State Bar is an active licensee until as in Section 6007 of this code provided or at the licensee’s request, the licensee is enrolled as an inactive licensee.
Notes
Establishes every State Bar licensee as an active licensee until the licensee is placed in the status described by the referenced provision or, at the licensee’s request, is enrolled as inactive. Active status therefore continues unless one of those stated status changes occurs.
