All property of the State Bar is hereby declared to be held for essential public and governmental purposes in the judicial branch of the government and such property is exempt from all taxes of the State or any city, city and county, district, public corporation, or other political subdivision, public body or public agency.

Notes

Exempts all State Bar property from taxes imposed by California or any city, city and county, district, public corporation, political subdivision, public body, or public agency. The provision declares that property held for essential public and governmental purposes within the judicial branch and applies the tax exemption on that stated basis.
