The proceeding may be maintained concurrently with a disciplinary investigation or proceeding provided for by this chapter.

Notes

Allows a proceeding under the provision to continue at the same time as a disciplinary investigation or disciplinary proceeding authorized by the chapter. The concurrency is permitted rather than requiring one matter to wait for the other, so both processes may be maintained simultaneously.
