Special meetings of the State Bar may be held at such times and places as the board provides.

Allows special meetings of the State Bar to be held at the times and places provided by the board. The board therefore determines both the scheduling and location of special State Bar meetings held under this authority, rather than the provision fixing a particular date or venue.
